Sunbird Home Inspections has a unique origin story that sets us apart in the industry. Debbie Odom, the founder, started her journey as a home inspector after a disappointing experience with a home inspector. Dissatisfied with the minimal job done, she was inspired to learn more about home inspections.

Working two jobs, she completed her training and later inherited the business tools from the inspector, who had initially disappointed her. In 2015, she started Sunbird Home Inspections with a mission to provide comprehensive inspections that offer peace of mind to buyers and sellers alike.
